With a cuisine that is characterized by top quality ingredients and the loving hand of Chef Alex Guerra and his assistants Andrea and Sebastián, we seek through gastronomy to add what is necessary for the best stay.
We have for you a restaurant with capacity for 24 people with lunch and / or dinner service, with a variety of salads, basic dishes, accompaniments, handmade desserts and homemade. The quality of the ingredients we use constitutes our permanent concern.
In our dining room, attended by Carola, Marcela and Jennifer will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasty table with artisanal ingredients from La Junta along with a typical pisco sour, some puyes of entry (in season, by Raul Marín Balmaceda), varied salads with lettuce from the local greenhouse (Don Fito), homemade pastas of different types, smooth or stuffed (bird, salmon, deer), natural soups, meat and fish, accompanied by a delicious Chilean wine. In our beef tenderloin you can recognize the quality of our Premium meats. After, close with a delicious roasted milk or a coconut flan, apple kuchen, homemade ice cream, space and time cake or yogurt cake with cherry jam, with a Colombian coffee or herbal tea.
In our bar, enjoy the pisco sour prepared at home with a variety of brands and different grades of the best Chilean pisco. Choose an aperitif with the gin produced near La Junta, Tepaluma, or a refreshing Craft Beer from the region, either in its porter or blonde version. As alternatives, the Hopperdietzel of Puyuhuapi and Dölbek de Coyhaique will surely have. Finally, you can taste all the Chilean wines at your disposal to accompany your meals and delight your palate.
